Find Clarity and Confidence: Live Authentically and Nourish your Body
Your relationship to food, body and yourself is a big part of who you are but you might not know where to begin and want to explore these relationships in a safe space.
If you have found yourself to be overly stressed with the process of dieting that it no longer feels like a health journey, rather an obsession ridden with guilt and shame, you have come to the right place.
Maybe you know that there is a deeper underlying issue of anxiety or depression and you don't quite know how to cope.
You want to be true to yourself and all of who you are, but you feel insecure, unsure and lost.
I understand that exploring life’s hurdles can be overwhelming – whether related to your identity, feelings and emotions, and trying to take the best care of your body. Using food to cope with stress is a common issue and I am here to provide the support and skills you need to nourish both your mind and body, without the dieting obsessions.
We'll work together to find healthy coping mechanisms, process difficult experiences, and uncover what it means for you to live a fulfilling life, so you can live in the freedom and peace of your authentic self, own your identify, and feel equipped to handle life’s challenges. Whether you want to explore your identity, find healthy coping mechanisms, or process difficult experiences, I'm here to support your journey towards wholeness and well-being.
Your mind and body no longer has to feel like a battlefield, rather a safe haven for you to feel at home in. As a therapist and member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I know how isolating it can feel to navigate a world that doesn't always understand or accept you. I'm also committed to ongoing learning and support around the unique challenges faced by those in the polyamorous, consensual non-monogamous, and kink communities.
I am here to take you from feeling misunderstood and isolated to confident and empowered!
My own coming-out experience taught me the power of having someone who truly sees and supports you – that's what I provide for my clients. My approach is tailored to your needs, drawing from a variety of therapeutic models. I want you to feel comfortable being your true self in our space; there's no need for censorship here.
