As a therapist and member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I know how isolating it can feel to navigate a world that doesn't always understand or accept you. You deserve a safe space to explore who you are and address complex struggles and emotions without judgment, and thats where I come in. Not only am I LGBTQIA+ affirming, I'm also committed to ongoing learning and support around the unique challenges faced by those in the polyamorous, consensual non-monogamous, and kink communities. I am here to take you from feeling misunderstood and isolated to confident and empowered! We'll work together to find healthy coping mechanisms, process difficult experiences, and uncover what it means for you to live a fulfilling life, so you can live in the freedom and peace of your authentic self, own your identify, and feel equipped to handle life’s challenges. you want to express yourself, I can give you a nonjudgmental space to explore what you
are feeling. Together we will discuss what your revelations mean for you in your day-to-
day life. We can explore how your upbringing and society have affected your perception
of people like yourself. We can work towards you finding greater self-acceptance for who
you are.
